Upon receipt of your order, a courtesy confirmation call or email will typically be placed within 24 hours for eta on arrival of your order. For immediate or same day pick up please contact 858-220-6187 for availability. Most orders if not in stock at the shop will be available for pick up within 2 – 10 days depending on warehouse location of product.

Online Orders Shipped FedEX

Please allow 3-10 business days for all orders to be processed, shipped, and received. Although our average shipping time is about one week, shipments and deliveries may experience delays. Pacific Beach Bikes uses FedEx, UPS and USPS for most bicycle and accessory shipments. For smaller items shipped via USPS tracking numbers will not be provided. For all bicycles shipped via UPS or FedEx tracking numbers will be automatically sent as soon as the package has been sent. We will process and ship all orders Mon – Fri. Any orders placed Friday – Sunday typically will ship on Monday. We do not ship to AK or HI
